Delivery times

Within Thailand: typically 1–5 days after dispatch. International (UK, Europe, US, Australia and other destinations we serve): typically 7–14 days. Times are estimates and can change with the courier and customs.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. We email the tracking number as soon as it ships and show it on your order page.

Shipping cost, taxes and duties

We confirm the shipping cost with your payment details. Import taxes, duties and customs fees in the destination country, if any, are the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive on time, contact us with your order reference, and a photo if you have one, within 7 days of delivery or of the date it was expected. We will look into it and agree a replacement or refund with you.

Returns

Because these are laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened items or items whose seal has been broken other than in transit.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us with your reference. Crypto refunds are made at the value paid in the order currency on the day of the refund.
