What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email, delivery address and country, phone number (if given), Telegram handle (if given), the items you order and any note you write. To prevent abuse we keep a hashed form of your IP address and a shortened browser description. We do not store the IP address itself.
Why we use it
To process your order, contact you about payment and delivery, let you track your order, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We pass your name, address, phone number and items to the dispatch partner and courier, only as far as needed to deliver. We use a third-party email service to send order emails and sign-in codes. We do not sell your data, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets one cookie to keep you signed in (30 days) and uses browser storage to remember your cart and chosen region. Fonts are served from our own server; no calls are made to outside font providers.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for service, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by contacting us with your order reference. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
